Kit S: This line is so potent it took me a week to figure out how much to use. After I’ve been on it for two months I see a major difference in my skin! I actually look younger now than I did two or three years ago! How could I ever go back to neutrogena or oil of olay EVER again? I’m hooked! LOVE LOVE LOVE Cosmedix! – Especially the eye believe!

Avie: My skin was looking sort of cloudy, don’t know how to explain it exactly, but it just didn’t seem to have much life to it, so I tried the Cosmedix Define, it’s a vitamin A resurfacing treatment, and it took off a couple of layers of my skin I think, and it got a little irritated, but then I put the Rescue balm on it, and it balanced right out, and now my face looks very refreshed and somehow younger, I’m pretty sold on this line.

Georgette: Is an SPF 17 good enough for Florida? Does Cosmedix make anything with more of a block than the Protect cream? I’d like about a 45…

Claude: cosmedix’s refelct has an spf 30 which is better than most competing products. I need this as I am out in the sun a lot at my job. I might try it.

Hebba: The Pure C cream from Cosmedix was a little strong for my skin, so I use it every other day, use the Rescue in between, and it works great…did have to buy the two products though.

Brenda: the eye believe was weird. I wanted to like the Cosmedix line because it seems so interesting and unique and scientific. But the fact remains this stuff was too harsh where it should have been gentle. I want more of a light lifting serum. Or Botox. I don’t know. I am too indecisive.

Magda: Is CosMedix only for mature skin or can a 32 year old use it?

Janice: the deep sea peel is great, but use it only once per week. I can recommend this cosmedix product. It is the only one I have tried.

Naomi: The Clarity Serum from Cosmedix is just what I’ve been looking for, I use it everyday, and it makes my face the perfect palette for makeup, smooth and glowing, the colors I use look more intense than they otherwise would, I look at this as sort of primer for my face…very good product.

Gael: I think the Eye Believe is a little strong, it made the skin around my eyes look red and puffy, and it took a couple of days to go down, I think I must be allergic to something in this formula, although it could be that at 49, my skin is too sensitive for this harsh a product.

Jasmine: I’m out in the sun alot, or at least, I have been in the past, I’m really careful now with sun block, but that certainly wasn’t always the case so I’ve got some discoloration, some uneven skin tone, bought the Pomegranate Peel from Cosmedix to try to even it out, or as they say, get some Epidermal Layering going on, and you know what? It worked! My skin is looking much better, I’m doing this once a week, and will continue to use this once the blotches are gone, it seems to be just the right thing for me. YAY!

lucy: The Affirm Antioxidant Firming Serum is a nice light serum, blended in seamlessly w/my makeup and didn’t cause any irritation or anything. however, I have a great deal of sun damage, and this was supposed to help with that. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice any changes even after 4 mos. of use. sigh.

Shannon: I think that the cosmedix line is good, but it’s not great. Maybe if I was a bit younger, or had taken better care of my skin when I was younger but now I think it is too late for anything short of surgery.

daph: THe only Cosmedix product I have used so far is the TImeless peel because I want to look younger. I only used it a couple times but it has anice effect immediately afterwards, my skin looks fresher. We’ll see if there are any long-term changes, I hope so!

Sharon: Cosmedix seems kind of tough for my skin, I think it’s because I’m almost 60, this seems like it’s more for kids, like for oily skin, or acne problems, I know they have some products for us older ladies, but they still sound like they’re probably too much for me, so glad I read the reviews before I ordered!

deanna: You know, the fact that this line ends in “medix” makes you think its somehow medical, or healthy, or something…and so i got sucked into the idea of taking skin care supplements made by Cosmedix. I took the Clarity Supplement for about 2 months, or until i realized that just about nothing was happening. I think I was sort of hoodwinked by this brand.

Darcy: I think I will give my cosmedix items to my daughter. I am sure she will appreciate them. For me they are too young. I am not afraid to admit that.

linn: The Restore Colon Cleanser (cosmedix) was a good idea, but mostly it was like a laxative. I prefer ClenaseRx for colon health, because it has a 2-phase program that is more than just a laxative.

I mean, they were fine, I never reacted to any of the products but I didin’t see what all the fuss was about. I never noticed a difference in my pores, my elasticity or my “marionette’s lines” on the side of my mouth. perhaps this is best for younger girls who just want to prevent aging or stay dewy, not for an old bat like me.

Mylinda: Love cosmedix. Use alot of the products. Radiance, eye believe, clarity serum, defy, refine, rescue and get peels (purity peels). Had sun spots-gone in six months. Acne scars are much better. Pores small and oil under control. I’m 46 and have been using regularly for 1 year. I actually feel pretty now and frequently go without make-up. A first for me. These products are expensive but the real essential ones for me are defy, radiance, eye-believe, purity clean cleanser and reflect. I would say that I look younger than I did before using cosmedix but also know that these products are not for everyone. The c mixing crystals are too strong for me.

Lorraine from London, UK: I live in the UK and have been using these products for 4 months now to help reduce light acne scarring. I am not sure really if I like the products or not. I think there has been a mild improvement in plumping up the “dents” however I was given the blueberry peel and it made my face feel like it was on fire !!! I blistered and had what I could only describe as looking like I had severe sunburn for about a week !!! It was terrible and inhindsight I think I should have been givena test patch given I suffer with rosacea/sensitive skin. Looking at the other comments here I would say that I think that at 44 these products are just to strong for my skin. I feel that there is just no moisture in my face at all and lines seem to have appeared from where it is just to dehydrated… I put the rescue on every night but it just sits on my skin and does not penetrate. I touch my face and it feels leathery, like all the moisture has been taken out of it. I think that if you are young (-25) and suffer from scarring then this brand will help, but personally now I am thinking I need something that has better hydrating powers than any of the products I have been using (Affirm, Lightening, Define, Reflect and Emulsion intensze hydrator(not!).

FountainofYouth: I really dislike the review at the bottom of this page posted by the website as a summary… Cosmedix products address true issues without the nasty ingrdients that most other products contain, and that Argireline stuff they harp on about is only a ‘temporary’ fix that will make your wrinkles worse after a while… Anyone heard of ‘Reclaim’? That Reclaim stuff might make a big difference initially, but lets see where it leaves your skin a year down the track, and what nightmares you’ll experience if you stopped using it.!?!?! Cosmedix will give your skin the right balance of ingredients and I don;t think that review has been very accurate.. obviously written by someone who definately DOES NOT understand the true science of skincare…

Kristi: I have been using Cosmedix for over 8 years now. I am 41, have no wrinkles, no sun spots, and NO MORE ACNE SCARS! I had all of the above when I started and I can honestly say that I look younger now at 41 than I did at 29. I will tell you that the estherician that you go to makes ALL the difference. I have friends who have used Cosmedix with no to bad results, you have to remember that if YOU don’t follow the directions, the directions aren’t accurate or you don’t stick with it long enough, you probably won’t be happy. These products produce AMAZING results but ONLY if used correctly. LOVE COSMEDIX, it has changed my life!

Tina: I have had 3 cosmedix facials, and I really think I am getting results. The timeless peel is currently sitting on my skin. The first timeless peel I had a month ago caused a little bit of skin to start peeling off about an hour after the product was put on my face. I washed my face, and I peeled for about 3 or 4 days. Then, all of the stubborn blackheads and impurities came to the surface, and my skin was much nicer. I am going to change to this line once I use up my existing products. What I like is that the products are supposed to be much less irritating and not contain as many harmful chemicals as other lines. But, the line should still produce results. We’ll see how it goes.
