Meaningful Beauty® is marketed by Cindy Crawford, an American super model, and it was created by Dr. Jean-Louis Sebagh, a partisan dermatologist. The Meaningful Beauty® product line consists of products geared toward 5 distinct categories of skincare—Cleansing, Protecting, Repairing, Revitalizing, Purifying and Conditioning. This developer claims that the lynchpin of this systems effectiveness is its use of a “rare” French melon known as “Charentais.” However, we were unable to find research to support its claimed ability to ease wrinkles and facial lines. The sentiment on consumer-driven websites appears to be, though, that this product has not done well in terms of results, customer care and ease of use.

Bellaplex – Advanced Wrinkle Reduction & Prevention
Bellaplex is the most advanced face wrinkle reduction cream that we have ever come across. It contains the most powerful ingredients that have all been clinically proven to work hands down: Matrixyl 3000®, REAL & Fresh Collagen, Argireline®, and Hyaluronic Acid. The reason you never see these amazing ingredients in one formula is because it is very expensive to make and complicated to produce. The makers of Bellaplex price this fairly when all is considered and if you want results – start here. It also feels good on the skin and works beautifully under any make-up combination. Bellaplex has also won the prestigious BeautifulReview.com award two years running. The testimonials page on the official website is a mile long. The blog postings on this site have a very solid positive response rating. Have look at the postings – the customers say it all. Read a Full review of Bellaplex here.

Hydroleyes Under Eye Treatment
This is a unique product that serves a very distinct purpose – it gets rid of dark bags and circles under your eyes….and it achieves this very effectively. Their customers have very good things to say about the product and their positive blog posting ratio is very high. We like that Hydrolyze is not a bunch of random cosmetic ingredients, rather the two main ingredients are patented and clinically tested in double bind studies: Haloxyl® -- proven to reduce the leaked blood under the skin which gets rid of the dark circles & Matrixyl 3000® -- proven to decrease the lines around your eyes by 68%. pat: Is this product for all women? there no women of color is the commerical.

Charlene: Tried the Night Fluide by Meaningful Beauty, but i felt it soaked in too quickly and barely even quenched my skin. It was like my skin drank it all up in like 2 minutes and then was parched again. Even after 3 mos. i didn't see any reduction in wrnikles or age expressions at all. I will say that this didn't cause any breakouts...why would it? It was barely even moisturizing. I would have to say, for you gals with dry skin, this might not be the best solution. I ended up with scales by the time i was done with it. Like a lizard.

Marcia J: The introductory kit was a good deal, I thought and the Meaningful Beauty products were okay, nothing great, but decent enough. After the 30 days of using them, I didn't notice the big improvement in my skin that I expected too, not enough to buy more products from here.

Courtney: I loved her workout video in the 1990's and I am just now at the age where I am considering a beauty/skin care system for remedying wrinkles, etc so Meaningful Beauty was an easy choice. Unfortunately it was not as nice as I had hoped. Now that I think about it the exercise video was also kind of crappy.

Becky: HOw long should I use the products before the lines go away? I'm on day 28 of the Meaningful Beauty kit...nothing yet..

small_star: The Nettoyant Adoucissant (um, who are we kidding here? everyone knows that Cindy Crawford is not French!) from Meaningful Beauty caused a major burning sensation around my nose & lips. IT also caused my skin to become dry. I did find it to be silky and smell nice, but it is just not good for my sensitive, dry skin. I think oily skins that are not sensitive might enjoy this. or maybe not. sigh..

outinfive: the meaningful beauty facial masque was pretty weak; it didn't feel all that soothing, and left no visible difference on my skin. i like to use masks that make my skin glow, or leave them feeling softer..this just didn't do anything.

molly: hmmm i wonder, is this good for all women?? i have also noticed that no women of color are featured on meaningful beauty commercials...can this be used by all women/all skin types?

laura: sorry but there is nothing i hate more than hypocrite celebrities that push these skin care lines while getting plastic surgery on their own faces. I just read that Cindy Crawford openly admits that she's been getting botox and collagen injections for 11 years now! The information is all there, ladies...Cindy's "Meaningful Beauty" is a lot less meaningful without expensive injections.

Jeanine: Um, I think i need more than an SPF 8 and I don't know if I want to mix lotions and sunscreens either because it would be too heavy or I might have a bad reaction since my skin is sensitive. I don't think this is the right thing for me right now but I can understand why other women might be tempted to try it and maybe like Meaningful Beauty.

Sharon: The eye cream did not absorb well into my skin, and did not moisturize very well. it smells nice, but I was really not impressed with this. I'm hesitant to try any of the other Meaningful Beauty products, if they are similar to this one.

Clara: I would say I am most concerned about my neck and chest area. I got way too much sun when I was younger and burned many times. Condition from Meaningful Beauty is meant for the body and it does feel creamy and smooth initially but I cannot say that I see much difference in my dimpled and creased skin after 6 weeks. I wonder if this is a sub par product? seems likely. thumbs down.

Lillyah: I'm not a super model but I always wanted to look like one! and now that 50 is the new 40 and Dove has a campaign for real beauty and there is even a TV show about mature models I feel like I still have a chance to be considered beautiful and special. I am the meaningful beauty line and I like it. although looking at the website now I see I could have bought a 30 day trial kit for a fraction of what I paid, so I am a little peeved. If if works wonders I won't care about the price. fingers crossed!

Ellin: Well, i thought the Facial Masque from Meaningful Beauty felt nice...it was a little luxury for me.

Connie: For years I was using Lancome but recently decided it's time for a change. I like the products fine, just need something new. I'm debating between Meaningful Beauty & Hydroxatone, I like the idea of a complete system for anti-aging. Does anyone have any tips, which is better, thanks.

Caremi: The glowing serum from meaningful beauty is not restoring my skins vitality. should have read the ingredients first. None of what I was looking for. Guess I got swayed by the celebrity thing and overlooked substance. this is not a superficial problem. My skin needs deep conditioning and this serum is not doing it for me.

Violet: REALLY, Cindy Crawford gets injections?? Oh that does put a whole new meaning on these products, maybe they're not for me after all.

Amy E.: Well i must admit i was a bit excited to try Meaningful Beauty glowing Serum, because I always wanted to look like Cindy. I thought, hey, maybe now i finally can. The serum was a decent consistency although a bit on the runny side i would have preferred more of a cool gel type of texture. It sank in immediately, though, and the problem was it left my skin dry again within an hour. I had to keep reapplying, and so this didn;t last me very long. Plus i really didn't see any reduction in signs of aging. I don't know, this might be good for some but for my skin type it is definitely not my HG. There are better serums out there for sure,.

Helena: The Purify masque (meaningful beauty also) is a treat for me, full time wife and mom. I use it as my mini getaway and the kids know to stay out of my room when I am soaking and reading trashy mags. I don't believe it is akin to a spa treatment really, but I find it soothing enough. I don't think it's doing much PHYSICALLY but MENTALLY/EMOTIONALLY it's a godsend.

Naomi: The Meaningful Beauty Glowing Serum made my face shiny, not glowing. I suppose it helped my skin feel a little refreshed, but, I couldn't get over the shininess. The last thing I want to do is put more powder on & clog my pores, just to make the serum look normal on my face. I think they need to do more work on this beauty line, overall, because they really arent' good for mature skin.

valerie: I thought the Decollete & Neck Cream felt very nice (not drying 4 me), and smelled lovely. However it didn't seem to do much for my hideous turkey neck. Maybe i was expecting too much. But it did nothing.

Honor: I haven't tried very many beauty lines yet and am still deciding how I feel about plastic surgery and procedures but I did find a diet pill I like here sooo... Meaningful Beauty is like drugstore stuff, worse than Korres olive based night cream that I really like. Still shopping around, am not loyal to one brand, receptive to suggestion for my dry/38 year old/urban dwelling complexion/condition.

Gemma: Meaningful Beauty products contain too many chemicals and questionable ingredients. I want something simpler.

Deborah: CONNIE: Do not even THINK about choosing Meaningful Beauty over Hydroxatone!! Hydroxatone has all of the best anti-wrinkle ingredients in it, and it WORKS. Not to mention, it is rich and moisturizing, feels great. It's a complete system, and i've noticed a significant difference in a month. Meaningful beauty is so drying and it does almost nothing! "You get what you pay for."

Viktorie: I don't want to spend too much money on frivolous things right now and so I was very careful when I ordered Meaningful Beauty. I really thought the ingredients were supposed to be really good. I don' t think they are, too watery and runny. The Night Fluid was especially disappointing.

Bridget: After trying all the products in the kit from Meaningful Beauty, the only one I've stuck with is the Skin Softening Cleanser, I have a hard time finding cleansers that I liek bcs most dry my skin or don't seem to cleanse all that well. This is good, though, I am looking for different moisturizers now.

Shelly: How long is the neck and Decollete Cream supposed to take to work? Its been a month already and my neck is still rather saggy and loose. OH, speaking of saggy and loose, while i'm here, thought i'd ask you beauty mavens about how to firm up your arms? I have what my friend referred to as "bye-bye arms"...you know, when you wave to someone, your flabby arm fat does some waving of its own? i was horrified by that term, and esp. by the fact that it pertained to me. HELP! i am just a disaster!

Eugenia: The Introductory Kit from Meaningful Beauty is packed with small amounts of all the essential. It's fun and would make a good hostess gift if going to a weekend house party this summer. Light and clean!

Marsha: What does that eye cream have it anyway, it really dried out my skin, instead of simple lines, I now have some flakes and red blotches. Did someone say Meaningful Beauty uses chemicals? I should've loooked more. What ingredients should I be looking for then?

Anna: Meaningful Beauty is more like something from the Home Shopping Network and not from a high end line. The expectation (at least with me) is that something will be lovely and it will work well. This was neither.

Heather: The entire line of Meaningful Beauty is not hydrating enough. I don't know who in the world this stuff was meant for (besides Cindy Crawford) but none of these products provided me with an adequate amount of moisture. I have had much better hydration from Aveeno or Neutrogena, or any other CVS moisturizer.

heather: so far i am not liking anything about meaningful beauty, overall, the formulas seem to be drying my skin, not making it softer or smoother. i'm gonna see if i can get a refund for these, so that all is not lost. I have just begun looking for more products, have been seeing a lot about Hyaluronic Acid for moisturizing, I'm gonna look for a cream with that in it.

Coral: I wanted my skin to have a luster, that to me is that hallmark of youth. I think lines are less noticeable is skin looks good overall. The Meaningful Beauty Line was no more potent, exfoliating, or rich than a CVS drugstore cream. color me unimpressed.

Joyce: At first I liked the fact that Cindy Crawford was creating products that could be used by everyone at affordable prices (like what Sarah Jessica Parker is doing for fashion) but, when it comes to skin care...quality really is key. I suppose some of the Meaningful Beauty products are probably okay but not very good for reversing damage or anything.

Sandra: The Eye Cream from Meaningful Beauty didn't cause an adverse reaction for me, but it does seem to ball up and cake under my concealer. It doesn't sink in very well at all, it just sat there. I think I was hoping for something clean and mattifying not a gunky mess. I am still waiting to see if there will be a difference in my wrinkles and dark circles, but so far there's nothing dramatic. Will keep trying and Update later.

deb: My experience with the 60 day money back guarantee is that it is 99% impossible to actually get. When I finally got someone in the phone they gave me the longest instructions for returning the package and if anything was out of place I would not get the refund and if everyone was ship shape it would take at least 6 weeks for the money to be restored ot my card. I decided it wasn't worth it.

Valeria49: They say you can use the Meaningful cleanser without water but that left my face feeling itchy and I looked shiny. I don't really love this product.

Jill: The Masque from Meaningful Beauty caused a stinging sensation around my mouth and near my eyes. I tried to keep it on for the required amount of time but the stinging and irritation was so bad that i had to remove it right away. Needless to say, it didn't do much in terms of improving my skin. It pretty much looked the same. Maybe this works better for certain skin types than othehrs, but my sensitive skin couldn't handle it.

May: I wonder, does Meaningful Beauty make any products for lips? i don't see one but you would think they would.

Ellen: The Meaningful Beauty eye cream can be used under my makeup, which is good, and has not caused any breakouts as of yet. I find it to be a whole lot better than Proactive, which caused a bad reaction on my skin. I think the cream is fine & moisturizes well enough.

sandra: I think meaningful beauty is better than other products I have tried - plus I luv Cindy!

Mary: the revitalize eye cream Meaningful makes did reduce puffiness but so far has done not a darn thing for wrinkles. We'll see after it has been a month. will report back...

Moya: Well I actually like Hydroleyes a lot better than the Meaningful Beauty Eye Cream, it has helped get rid of the fine lines AND the dark circles, much more hydrating too. I believe it has hyaluronic acid in it. I am interested in the Facial Mask from Meaningful Beauty; does it exfoliate well? I'm looking for a decent exfoliant that maybe can tighten the pores too.

carol: The Night Fluide by Meaningful BEauty felt quite nice going on, but i truly disliked the smell. i had to stop using it after awhile, especially since it wasnt moisturizing very well, and actually dried up my skin. The biggest factor for me though was the unpleasant odor of this product.

Sidda: gosh, I didn't like Revitalize eyes at all. i thought it was stingy and didn't do anythin at all. Lots of opinions here, which is a good thing. what about something for my metabolism?thanks

Siri: I think it makes sense that you can compare Meaningful Beauty favorable to say, Loreal or whatever available at the market but not to high end department store lines or something great you find on the net. I have had good luck with this site and diet aids and makeup and hope to find an anti-wrinkle cream before I go away for the summer. Don't want to get old before my time!

Heidi: Really, Meaningful Beauty products are just another Guthy-Renker product line. I saw an ad with Cindy and thought maybe it was more high end. I had no idea, until I bought the kit, that it was no better than the other products they make. I didn't like Proactive Solution, Principal Secret sucked and then I find out, Meaningful Beauty is made by the same company! I wish I would've done some research first, but I guess I just wanted to believe this would help my skin. I'm looking for a serious skin care product, not an infomercial.

Tracy: I don't think there is anything in Meaningful Beauty products - specifically Condition and Renew - that plum up the skin the way I have heard other ingredient such as Collagen do. Not terrible stuff, but not really healing or great. just average.

regina: Oh, no, i was pretty upset to read of your ordeal with getting your money back, Deb. I was just about to try to get a refund on this masque (which was horrible btw), and now it seems like I'm in for a big runaround. ugh i wish i had come to this site BEFORE i bougth this meaningful beauty.

Britney: It seems as if this is the closest I'll get to Paris for awhile..if I have to settle for a bottled French melon in my moisturizer, I'll take it. It smells sweet & refreshing, I use the Night Fluide regularly.

susan: I had an issue with the Night Fluide from Meaningful Beauty. It caused me to breakout pretty bad. After i looked over all the ingredients, i saw that the problem may have been the magnesium aluminum silicate, which is just a fancy way of saying "Silicone." Silicone can be a pretty bad pore clogger and it turned out to be that for my skin. Otherwise this was a nice enough product, not a dramatic amount of wrinkle reduction though.

JaneB: I think yall are giving meaningful beauty to much credit. maybe bec its cindy crawford or you just are being polite. I didn't like it one bit. not the cleanser, the cream or the mask. It wasn't crazy pricey but it costs more than some and right now I at least have to be very thrifty. I just don't think this stuff cuts it. I don't mean to be too harsh, but aren't we supposed to be honest. No one's feelings are going to get hurt if you admit you dont like the products.

Iris: Can u order products separately from Meaningful Beauty, I only want the cleanser, I already like my wrinkle cream (Bellaplex) I can't figure out how to not get the kit.

Josephina: The condition cream caused my chest to break out which was a drag because I had a big party last weekend and wanted to look fabulous. I would therefore not order from meaningful beauty again - what can I say? I can forget but never forgive.

fran p.: This product line got my attention at first, Cindy Crawford still looks beautiful & I thought it was interesting that she had gotten involved in anti-aging skin care. But it really isn't much of stretch, she is model...her whole career involved advertising products, Meaningful Beauty really is no different. I admit that I ordered the intro kit, but, would not buy more. Nothing special about this.

Meg: I'm a bit torn...I think the serum from Meaningful Beauty feels very silky and cool when i put it on, but as mentioned earlier., it seems to absorb too quickly, leaving my skin on the dry side. I just think that for my skin's level of dryness i might need something more heavy duty. But this just feels nice. Will try a little longer & report back.

chels: well, I like it but maybe because I am only 27 - sorry. but I am. I don't really worry too much about my skin yet and more of a wash and go girl. meaningful beauty stuff is fresh and clean smelling and I think it's decent.

misty: Hi girls, I'm a newbie here & not to be stupid, but what's a "Guthy Renker product line?" sorry, guess I have a lot to learn.

anita: Well, I agree with Jane B: Meaningful Beauty SUCKS, the products are WEAK and don't work. NO wonder Cindy Crawford has to get injections!!! THUMB DOWN.

Audrey: can someone explain if Collagen is an ingredient in beauty products or just something that is injected in your lips? My friend swears its in beauty creams and I don't believe her. I have also used Meaningful Beauty products in the past and found them to be okay, nothing great and now that I am about to turn 39 I want to get serious about my skin.

Julia: WELL...it looks like I'm stuck with these Meaningful Beauty products, no chance of a refund? Unbelievable. The only reason I ordered was that I didn't have to commit to them, I have a hard time sticking to any skin care product, nothing is all that impressive. I have only been using for a week, so its hard to say, but from these comments, I don't think it will get much better. Bummer.

Lori: The Revitalize cream by Meaningful did not mix well with my undereye concealer. I thought I would be able to give up the latter when the former starting working for real but that never happened. My morning face is still a total mess, with makeup I'm still okay, thank goodness :)

claire: I don't know how i feel about this eye cream it is not causeing me to have flaking or the problems some of you describe, but i am rather upset that i am not seeing any imrpovement to my dark circles. It seems like its doing very little, actually. But I am known to be an impatient lady, so maybe i am just not giving it enough time. But i would have thought that in 5 weeks i would be seeing something, at least.....

penny: sorry to see that some of you ladies don't like meaningful beauty, i am just absolutely hooked on these products, esp the daytime moisturizer. maybe because my skin tends to be oily not dry anyway? do i look younger, no, but i think i still have healthy looking skin for 47, which is all i can really hope for.

Wendy: Wow, for as popular as Cindy Crawford once was, I'm not seeing a lot of love here for Meaningful Beauty! I was going to buy the Night FLuide, but now I am not so sure...

Dana: I have one major problem with this entire product line: NOT MOISTURIZING ENOUGH! i have no idea how or why they would formulate an anti-aging line that is not moisturizing but they have managed to do so. This stuff leaves my skin feeling just as dry as before (or in some cases drier). If your skin is an oil slick, you might get some benefit from Meaningful Beauty. But my guess is, most skin types will end up dry as the desert, like mine was,.

Denise: I thought the whole meaningful beauty story was very moving - hey, I cry during reality shows - and I bought almost the entire line. I wouldn't say it's across the board terrible but I;m better we average consumers aren't getting the pure good stuff supermodels get from french doctors. It's watered down or whatever. Anyway, I am not complaning too much the price is right and my skin does look a little brighter. so well see.

Tamara: The Facial Mask was really not good for my skin, my pores didn't feel tighter, and I really didn't think it exfoliated all that well. I thought these Meaningful Beauty products would work well together, but I didn't see any changes when I used them together, or separately ( I bought more of the night cream because I thought I liked it, but not after the second month)

Isabelle: pretty disappointed in Meaningful Beauty. Thinking of going for a restylane treatment. I wouldnt do it if I could find a cream that worked but so far not so luck.

Cheryl: Well, i just think Cindy Crawford is insulting our intelligence, trying to sell us this cream when in reality she is getting Botox and collagen shots! I do think this is a second-tier product for "the masses" just so Cindy can get richer off of us. But what about us? Don't we deserve good stuff?? Please. I am not going to fund Cindy's Botox by buying this cut-rate, dried up junk.

Rayanne: I hate to be cynical but I really don't think Meaningful Beauty can be what keeps cindy crawford looking so good. I used it for weeks and it hardly did anything. Of course I was never a fashion model but still .

Mary Jane: Maybe these are fine if your on a budget? I just didn't realy get the results I expected with Meaningful Beauty, nothing harsh, just..nothing at all. I thought that since they say they have some "science" behind it it would be more potent for decreasing the wrinkles but I used them for 4 months and my skin didn't change at all. I was disappointed. I didn't realize how many chemicals were in these too, I gues that might explain why my skin didn't feel more hydrated.

Becks_75: Meaningful Beauty was a waste of time and money.

nicki: Well i thank you guys for a great website, thanks for all the help and for telling it straight about these products. Meaningful Beauty sounds pretty meaningless to me! I will be back here often!

Carla: Its clear that Meaningful Beauty is NOT for all women. HAs anyone found anti-aging benefits? So maybe you like this if your skin is still young & your in your 20s? This is supposed to be for mature skin, thats the impression I got but my mature skin is now a full 6 months older, and its showing every last day.

lynn: save your money!! putting fresh cantaloupe melon juice would work better then this product did.

Linda: I bought this kit about a week ago. I am 51 years old and haven't had acne in quite some time - until now. This skin care kit gave me the worst acne I have had since I was a teenager. I wish I had found this site before I went and ordered the kit. I will be sending it back as soon as possible.

Martie: After a year of use I am stopping. Too much product, not enough results and difficult to return, regardless of policy. One positive, my young teenage daughter, with much forhead acne, sleeps in the mask and it does do wonders after a few days, very noticable results for her. That is a plus.

meena: I used it for 4 weeks. I didn't see any difference except for a smaller pore size. Instead I broke out in a bunch of little pimples. The eye cream burned when putting it on. Also, the facial masque was horrible. It overly dried out my skin. I am sending it back tomorrow!

Lyndsay: I have been using the products for 2 months and have seen absolutly NO changes. A waste of money.

Carol: You'd think I would have learned by now. While watching the informercial, I almost went to the web site first but didn't. I went ahead and ordered the product. After reading the comments I tried to call and cancel the order before it was shipped but was told it will still take 6-8 weeks to receive a refund. Therefore, I guess I will go ahead and try the product for myself and cancel any future orders immediately. Next time I will do my research first and listen to that little voice that told me to check it out first.

tanya: I feel meaningful beauty is great for those with sensative skin. The cleanser works well and the moisturizer is just enough and not too oily for people who have sensative skin like myself. I did notice with the eye treatment that my skin around my eyes did get tighter.

tracy: I ordered Meaningful beauty, was charged for it and never received it. How can I get this resolved?

Laura: I was promised that the products would be priority shipped. After two weeks of waiting, I contacted customer service, and was told that the products are on backorder. They will NOT come in for at least two weeks. In the meantime, they did not send a letter, notifying me about the problem. What a tacky way of developing a rapport with a new customer!!!

Gloria: I'm SO glad I decided to do some research before ordering! Thank you all for taking the time to help me keep my money in my pocket. The TV add was very persuasive.

Tina: I have used this product for only three days and I am unrecognizable! I have developed a horrible bumpy rash on my face and neck and my face is swollen beyond recognition. If it doesn't go away by tomorrow, I'm going to have to see a dermatologist. I called Meaningful Beauty and explained my dilemma and they credited my account immediately without me having to return the product. Let's hope this rash doesn't permanently damage my skin...

Nancy: I, too, thought this was the answer to aging skin. I am 52 and wanted something to tighten my skin and restore some elasticity as well as moisturizing my skin. I have sensitive skin and I immediately felt the burn when applying any of the products. I tried it for a few days and my chin broke out and also around my nose. I am planning to return the products, but before I do I went to this site and you all convinced me it's the right move. I just called to cancel and got through right away and they were very nice and told me it would take 4-6 weeks to get credit. I was surprised they did not question a thing. I don't think anyone with sensitive skin should buy this product!!!

Chris: I am dissapointed in the comments here. I haven't recieved my shipment yet but will probably send it back. I recommend Patricia Wexler products, you can buy at Bath and Body Works. They are not expensive and they really work.

Luana: The product is not bad, it is not the bet either, if you are looking for immediate results get something else, this is a regular product like any other you can buy maybe at cheaper price, however their customer service is the worst, they ship you product when they want, and to call and get things done, like your money back take serveral calls, and they do not want to hear what you have to say, the least they should do is to bring this concerns up and try to fix them, but this is the main reason why do not get fix, they do not want to hear them. Worst customer service ever.

beverly johnson: Ihave tried numerous times to cancel my subsciption to the Meaningful Beauty products...this has been since the early this year and I'm still getting billed...right now they own me almost $200 in refunds. I'm going to report them to the Attorney General's office.

Becky E.: When I first received my products I was not totally sold, and called to cancel, my next shipment, however after using them a bit longer I really did notice a difference in the appearence of pore size and lines around my eyes and the total skin texture is much nicer. I have over the last few years received laser skin treatments and have used Botox. I'm 57 years old, and if I want to have younger looking skin, I relize that it takes more to accompoish that. I'm will continue to use this product, I am sold on it now.

Deborah Brandt: This product is so skimpy and thin my skin began flaking within three days. I am going to return the kit as prior products I have used have made my skin feel much softer and less dried out.

DANIELLE SMITH: I started using the product after watching the presentation, this was about a month ago. Since I've been using the product (following instructions inclosed with shipment)I have been breaking put with bumps daily, my chin especially, this has caused me to do something out if the norm, wear powder to conceal the damage..I figured that breaks will happen with a new product and i needed to just give it time but its been a month...THIS PRODUCT IS NOT FOR ME...

maryann s.: I ordered Meaningful Beauty twice and cancelled twice. I waited six weeks for the kit and was told it was on back order! I finally decided to stick to my usual products (Victoria Principal). I cancelled my order and they sent me a kit anyway and I was charged. Their customer service is TERRIBLE! They make too many mistakes. I will stick to Victoria Principal "Principal Secret" line. Her products are THE best, been using them for years and her customer service people are WONDERFUL. In 15 yrs. I have never had a problem with them. I had a moment of insanity when I thought I wanted to try Meaningful Beauty - NEVER AGAIN. I just hope they stop sending me products after I told them to cancel my order. I will never stray from Principal Secret AGAIN!

Heidi Canterbury: Placed my order on July 15 and it is now Augest 26 and still no products. I called to inquire as to the reason and was given the lame excuse that some items are hard to keep in-stock. I found it ironic that no one made mention of this when I ordered it a month and a half ago. I will never, never, ever order any of these products again.

L. Nelson: I saw the commercial for MB and got really excited to go ahead and order it.I decided to order it on-line instead of calling and I came across everyones comments and I have to say there are some positive ones but a lot more negative which totally bums me out cause I wanted to order MB. My skin is acting up lately and I never had a "Skin-care" routine. This stinks cause I don't know what other product to even consider. Oh well, I'd rather be safe than sorry! Thanks

Ann: Bottom Line: DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT DOESN'T WORK! Crawford and Valerie Bertinelli should be ashamed to align themselves with this waste-of-time and money.

Roni: I have to be honest, I was swayed by the infomercial and the celebs. I was excited to try this! Most of the products seem ok; I've only been using them for about 3 weeks. HOWEVER, the night eye cream is very harsh on my eyes! My eyes sting, the lids are red and blotchy and I just noticed this morning as I applied my eye makeup, the lids were flaking. What's the dealio?

Anonymous: The night eye cream is BRUTAL, Roni, my face was on a continuous burning/flaking/burning cycle, i looked like i belonged in a horror movie. not a fabulous look. I think some of Meaningful Beauty's products are fine, but they don't really do the age reversal thing. I think it's especially "meaningful" that jennifer flavin has had SURGERY which half of these celebrity spokeswomen do. They get on TV telling us one thing (that their product makes them look young) then they go to some fancy surgeon in Beverly Hills and do another thing (botox, restylane face lifts, lip injections..well, you name it). so i basicaclly stay away from celebs who say "you can be like me!" when THEY are not even using there products. My personal favorite is the Hydroxatone 4 step system It has a cleanser, toner anti-wrinkle and lift cream. all good quality products that def. reverse aging as well as anything short of the knife or needle.

Angie: Initially I was excited about trying this product, and now that I have, extremely disappointed. The eye cream is too harsh and made my skin appeared burned and swollen around the eye area. The moisturizers actully dry out my skin, as well as, the cleanser. I wake up of the morning with dry, scaly skin all over my face. I have tried to keep using it, thinking things will get better...but I am canceling my future shipments. My pores in my T-zone do appear smaller and it is keeping my pores clean, but is not worth the drying effect all over my face. Right now, my eyes actully look worse and older than before I tried this product.

Joanie Glennon: I ordered my Meaningful Beauty products, but haven't gotten them yet. I hope I have better luck than most of y'all have had. I am fare complected, combination skin, a few lines and wrinkles around eyes, monthly breakouts and I am 30. I hope that this stuff helps. Oh, and I have started get the wrinkles on my chest. If MB didn't work try Estee Lauder. I used to work thare and they have really great products. Women would come that had been using their products forever and they always looked 15 to 20 years younger than they were. I think what it all boils down to is genetics. Also the past 2 summers I tried to spend less time in the sun and my skin looks younger and healthier. I wish the best for everyone.

MARCI: CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I'VE FOUND BEETER PRODUCTS AT WALMART. SERIOUSLY....DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

mamak: I ordered maningful beauty products, but I never order cleaning bottle.

Kim: I love this product. I have very sensitive skin with some Rosacea. I have tried a lot of different products to no avail. MB evened my skin tone and minimized the laugh lines. My skin feels extremely soft and not dry. I like all of the products in the kit except for the serum, which is too strong for my skin. My only frustration is that it takes awhile to receive your 3 month kit (it was mailed on 9/4/08 and as of 9/17/08 I have not received it).

DEBRA: OVER 50 AND IT MADE MY FACE FEEL LIKE I PUT EGG WHITES ON IT (VERY DRY). I WAS ALSO CHARGED A 1.00 FEE AND ANOTHER CHARGE FOR THE PRODUCT???

Rosie: I was so excited to receive my intro kit, and it came without the Magic Serum. Oh well, they promised to ship it as soon as it was back in stock. I have been using the products for a week. and my skin has broken out with red bumps and pimples, and has a very dry appearance with flaking. I guess I am allergic to that Magic Melon!!! I do love the neck cream though, and it is not breaking me out and seems to have helped my 50+ turkey neck. I hope I will not have too much trouble returning the product and canceling future shipments. I really wanted the products to work.

Gloria: I waited almost two months before I received this product. I never did receive the Serum which was supposed to be sent to me free of charge. Why on earth would they do an informercial to advertise this product if they did not have a sufficient amount to provide the product to the people who ordered it.

melissa: wish i would have done research first. horrible moisturizer and stinky smelling products. plus, my face was on fire and really hurt and saw no skin improvment. always think something better might be out there but think i already have best stuff--kinerase line!!!! plus with this i only order when need. had to pay to ship back and still waiting for refund! this is like all other gunthie products-- SUCKY! do not use and waste money and time.

Jan: My kit is going in the trash after the horrible customer service that I received. I cancelled my order after numerous delays. My feeling is if you can't produce it, don't market it.Nearly a month after I cancelled the order I received an email stating that they shipped my order. I immediately responded informing them that I cancelled the order. Their response was for me to ship it back and they would credit my account less shipping and handling?!! What? I should pay for the incompetence of the operator that supposedly cancelled my order. I continued to battle with them to simply send a call tag at their expense. Their solution was for me to keep the kit at no charge. I responded that that was not my intent so I received another email stating that all charges were cleared and to keep the kit for my trouble. Well, ok, right? No, another email stating that I had been charged for the kit.SO,I sent another email, asking if anyone was paying attention to the previous emails as this CUSTOMER SERVICE email told me to send it back and they would credit my account less the shipping. I am outraged and angry at myself that I got sucked in to another rip off. Cindy Crawford...stick to walking down the run way. Guthy Renker get your act together. Women- don't buy it!

Char: I ordered in August after seeing the Meaningful Beauty infomercial and hearing about the "risk free offer" that they were selling, a product that was valued at $119.00 for one month marked down to $29.95 with the glowing model serum and the decollete cream thrown in as free gifts. I also ordered the toner. I was told there there was a 2 month unconditional product guarantee, ladies. I wrote it down when I called for my kit. Later, I called to find out where the product was at after several weeks, and was told that the kit was on back-order, due to being out of the serum and the products ship date had been delayed for a few weeks. This concerned me but I decided to just wait, although I almost called back to cancel. I had to wait about a month to receive the kit, and it came one day, without the expected miracle serum. The serum was one of the key reasons I bought the product, as they really

Leslie: I bought the kit after asking some questions and thought I would try the products. It arrived without the serum and I am still waiting for that 2 weeks later. I was told I could go online and stop my order or order just what I wanted of the product. Of course, when you get online you can not do anything. Also, after asking I found out that if you order the 90 days worth of product you are not recieving 3 times as much as the initial kit which is supposed to be 30 days worth of product, you are reciveing roughly 2x the amount of the 30 day kit. When I asked how that could be I was given not much of a response. I am going to call and tell them they can have the whole thing back and call my credit card and have the charge removed. I do not like to feel the fool and will not purchase again from a Gunthy Reinker ad.

Aleece: When I first tried Meaningful Beauty I was very dissappointed so I cancelled any further orders. I continued to use the product and decided it was not great, but not bad. Recently I received a post card in the mail saying they wanted me back. The offer was for a 3o day kit with two free gifts at $19.95 plus 7.95 s/h then after 30 days I would receive a 90 day supply for $19.95 7.95 s/h and then every three months (90) days I would receive a three month supply at $19.95 Plus 7.95 s/h. The number I called would not honor the card so they had me call customer service. Customer service had me call the 888 number back to talk to a supervisor. They would not honor it either. Talk about FALSE advertising!!!! Needless to say I did not renew my orders, and I would advise all interested parties "Buyer Beware" Something is very shady about their offers.

Pamela: I've been a faithful Philosophy girl for about seven yrs now but when I saw Meaningful Beauty, thought I'd give that a try. I replaced my day-to-day Philosophy stuff with it & I have to say it worked really nicely. I noticed a difference immediately in the texture of my skin. It looked more radiant. I can't believe that every single user hasn't had good results with it. Am I the only one? I have just started to incorporate some of my other Philosophy products in my Meaningful Beauty skin care regime (vitamin C scrub, oxygen facial) and I like the combination. I'm still not absolutely sold on Cindy's eye cream, but I wasn't either on Philosophy's. All in all, I think it's a great skin care line. By the way, I am of ethinic background, olive skinned.

Sharon: Well, i wouldn't say that the Meaningful Beauty range of products is bad for ALL skins, but for my particular type (Sensitive, aging, early 40s) it simply doesn't get the job done. I thought that some of the moisturizers (Night Fluid) were ok, they help during winter months, but as far as the anti-aging products, there was no difference for me. And i found the scrubs and the toners to be entirely too harsh for sensitive skin. I basically ended up with the same thing i had before, crepey, saggy skin with a tendency toward big pores.

Mrs. L.: Ms. Crawford needs to re-evaluate her product. After using Meaningful Beauty, my face became as dry as sandpaper within three days, and the skin literally began peeling off my face, leaving me with swollen, red patches, puffy eyes and my face feels like it is contantly burning. Facial products are suppose to be gentle and soothing, not burn the skin off my face. I called customer service and told them to cancel my account. I was asked why I was cancelling, and after relaying what Ms. Crawford's products did to my face, they were more interested in making sure I got a shipping receipt in case the products were lost in the mail when I returned them. I was then told I could always re-order more products even though I had cancelled my account. Do these people not listen?

Jackie: I am 43, I have a lot of sun damage from earlier in my life where I would lay out in the sun all day, without sunscreen, I have tried everything from Arbonne, lancome, clinique, estee lauder, Susan Lucci product line by Guthy Rinker. Meaningful beauty is the best products out there for the money, I notice a big improvement in my skin in just a couple of days, I really love the glowing serum, it works great, I have bought the toner, and big bottle of the serum. These are really great products, I have been very happy they work great!!!!

stephanie j.: was also disappointed in the anti-aging products from MEaningful Beauty. my skin has a lot of sun damage- lines, wrinkles, spots, dehydration, you name it - and my skin never improved with this product line. just your basic moisturizers & toners, as far as i can see. nothing special.

Janet Evans-Laury: I do see an improvement in my skin. However, my complaint is: They want money up front, The part of the package promised is ( GLOWING SERUM ). I HAVE ORDERED MY 2ND PACKAGE AND THEY ARE STILL PROMISING TO SEND THE SERUM WHEN IT IS ( RECEIVED. ) I AM DISAPPOINTMENT IN THIS ASPECT AND AM REPORTING TO THE ( FTC ) SEE THEIR WEB SITE TO REPORT FRAUD. isn't IT FRAUD TO OFFER A PRODUCT THEN NOT INCLUDE THE WHOLE PACKAGE, AND THEN NOT INFORMING THE CONSUMER, AND THEN CONTINUE DOING IT?

Suzanne S.: What a joke. The package came to my home missing the glowing serum. After several phone calls they told me it was on back ordered. I called to see when my second order was shipped and was told it was going to be sent out the next day. My debt was billed and after 20 more days I have not received the order. I called and was told the order was on back order along with the glowing serum. If I ran my business this way I would be closed. Stop selling to new customers until your back orders are filled. Your company along with Guthy Rinker is a JOKE!!!!!

Marion: I ordered MB in August, after five attempts..finally, after a service manager got my order in the system, he sent me a full size toner and their serum to make up for my trouble. Finally, my trail package arrived. I was supposed to received the 90 day supply the next month. No shipment, called and complained what good is it if the next shipment doesn't come in time. They informed me some of the products were on back order so they were holding my order back...???? I made a fuss, they did send me another 30 supply (free)to keep me going to my 90 supply arrived. I called last week and found out they were holding the package back till they got the serum in. I told them that wouldn't do me any good to interrupt the regimen. I was told they would send me the full size products and a small serum and night cream, and ship the full size when they got them in. After waiting two weeks I called today and let them have it. I cancelled the 90 day installment delivery. The customer service rep apologized and said, they've been getting a lot of cancellations due to the back orders. I asked why they would advertise their product when they can't fill the new orders completely, let alone their old customers. I have to say my experience with this company has been exhausting. It took forever to get in the system, that should of been a red light...???? I really like the products, the five steps, not sure I see any improvement. I must agree with some of the posters here, the night cream didn't leave my skin moist in the AM. Wish I googled MB reviews and found this forum and saved myself a lot of trouble...:-)

Becky: I tried Meaningful Beauty out for almost 2 weeks, and had to stop due to the intense pain and dryness it was giving me. I would switch to my old creams and it would take it away for pain minorly, then go back to Meaninful Beauty-It was painful to put the creams on. I just had to stop. Very Very disapointed!! After reading some of the other comments, I'm glad I didn't pay for it before- I had nothing to refund.

Leah: Also found the company to be very very frustrating and when I finally got my order,I really didn't think the Meaningful Beauty products were any beter than the Roc items I can pick up at the drugstore. However I did see high ratings for Bellaplex and decided to see how that compared. Been using it for just a month and already see fewer lines on my face! Its a relief to know there ARE producs that work better than drugstore brands.

Cathy: I admit I was swayed by the infomercial, and I thought it would be a nice treat for myself. The kit took 2 months to come, minus the glowing serum. I liked the cleanser, and the day cream felt like it protected my skin. The rest of the kit was ho-hum. They credited my account $10, but still no glowing serum. When I called about it, the $10 was a refund, and the serum was on back order. What really ticked me off was they are still advertising it, but without the merchandise to fill the orders! I told them that, and cancelled my order. I'm hoping it doesn't keep coming like some of you other ladies have experienced. But thanks to you all, I'll know to refuse the package. After this, I won't bother with anything Ms. Crawford endorses/ promotes....including her furniure line!

Jen: I've been using this for 2 years and have had wonderful results. But then suddenly it started burning when using the cleanser and/or moisturizers. Thinking it was "weather related" I continued to use it until dry patches showed up on my face & dry flaking. I called & they mentioned they had switched manufacturers but backtracked saying it was my skin suddenly rejecting it. Had my sisters try the remaining bottles & they had same symptoms. I immediately canceled.

k.hill: BEWARE!!! Promises of "free gifts" that are "back-ordered" with no idea when they will become available. (This assumes they will become available and intend to ship them.) Customer service is horrible!

joni: well i am sad to say i agree with most of you....Meaningful Beauty is a TERRIBLE line of products, ineffective, in some cases damaging, and backed by the WORST customer service i have ever encountered. I wish Cindy Crawford could know how disgusted some of us are with the products that bare her name. I bet she would be horrified! Anyway, I wanted to offer up a "bright side" here...I've found a much, much better skincare system, Hydroxatone...it's a 4 step system that really does smooth wrinkles an improve skin tone.. Imagine ! IT ACTUALLY DOES WHAT IT SAYS! yeah, i was shocked too. Anyway, for what it's worth, I'm in love with this stuff, and the customer service people are perfectly decent. thumb down to meaningful beauty, but thumbs up to Hydroxatone!

Anne Marie: I haven't received the entire order (Glowing Serum missing) and they charged me 109.95 instead of the 29.95 they advertise and their customer service said they have no idea when I'll receive the rest of my order nor will they honor the 29.95 price. Of course, there's no way to contact the person whose name is on the product. Evidently Cindy Crawford is perfectly happy ripping us off as long as it's money in the bank.

Val: How can they get away with this?? I was considering ordering Meaningful Beauty specifically for that Glowing Serum but will definitely not now, after reading these comments. If anyone is looking for a good eye cream, btw the way, Hydroleyes has practically erased my lines and circles, around my eyes http://www.hydroleyes.com/. I wanted to make the rest of my skin look as youthful, but, I will keep searching.

kathy: I was never given a chance to see if it worked. my initial order of 30 day trial size was back ordered and took an extra month to get to me and I never got another shipment. when I called to see why it hadnt come yet i was told it was backorder but I should get it anyday... I stopped waiting two months and cancelled the order. The one thing I can say about the product is the eye cream seemed to dry my skin....

Mary C: I tried Meaningful Beauty and the first week I thought it was going to do a good job of softening my face. During the second week my skin started to feel dry and break out with a red rash. I kept on using it for another couple of days and my face turned into a red raw mess. I had to go to the Dr. to get medication to get rid of the rash, needless to say I will never put this product on my face again!!

Nathalie: I wish my ordered got lost and never came like some of you, I would have cancel and move on to try something else. My order of anti-aging by meaningful beauty came and I used it until it was empty and my skin never got tighter and not even smoother. I like to give a product a change and use it until it's empty but unfortunately this one never got better.

Naomi: I have a question, I am new to meaningful beauty and I was wondering when you put the clenaser on to you put the cleanser on dry or with a wet face, how do you apply this product and what works best, please let me know because the video did not explain alot, thanks naomi

Gina: I liked the products even though after 3 months I still haven't received the serum from my 30 day kit. I ordered the 90 day kit and didn't receive the neck and throat cream. I'm trying to get a hold of customer service but am not having much luck.

BARB D: SHAME ON CINDY CRAWFORD - what a fly by night operation. I ordered a 30 day supply in August of this year - it took at least 6 weeks for me to receive any product and I still DO NOT HAVE the glowing serum - which is the reason I ordered it in the first place!!!!!!!!!! WHAT A SCAM - not to mention that it did not do anything for my skin - no change!!!!!!!!! I wish I could get my money back.

carla howard: I can't tell whether or not I like the product line because there is never enough product in the kit to tell. I have waited for over 5 months for the serum. And, let's be honest, that is the only reason any of us are ordering this line. I am always told it is on backorder. I have received 1 bottle of the serum in this 5 months and it was not even enough to last 8 days. I have tried many other celebrate product line and this is a rip off. They hook you with the serum and never have it. Don't waste your time or money. They are setting you up to push a basic kit by hooking you with a lie.

claudia blake: i used it and now im going to have to see the dr. for what it has done to my face and neck. my face is red, dry, painful, itchy and i look like i have a major skin disease. this is the worst product i have ever used on my face. i am scared to death that the doctor will tell me that i have a permanent damage to my skin. listen im almost 50 and i dont need any thing to help me look worse and add more wrinkles. i want to cry but my tears even hurt when they run down my burnt cheeks. if u need a picture i can easily send u one. bad bad bad! oh and the swelling around my eyes, i cant forget that!

Samantha FL: So my husband and I went to visit his family last week and because we do not have cable at home, all I did there was watch tv. Anyway one thing I saw when we were there was an infomercial for Meaningful Beauty and I just could not believe what I was watching. It was honestly the worst set up/ false advertising I have even seen and no judgment but, I cannot believe people would believe that a so called french Dr. was on there...etc...The best part was when the price went from like $199.00 to$79.00 to $29.99 if you called now! Sorry but I had to post something even though I didn't try it for myself, I kind of feel like it was a duty. Remember ex top models do not use $20.00 creams, they just put their name on it so they can afford botox! Shame on Cindy stay awake people...there are real products out there...look for higher ratings.

CA: I'm on day 40 of using Meaningfull Beauty and I'm very disappointed. It took my already difficult to manage skin and has now added dryness to the problem mix. The search continues....

Karen: I have been using the Meaningful Beauty skin care since October and have to say that I really like it. For the price I find it just as good as anything else that I have used before like Vichy and Neostrata. I am awaiting another shipment from them actually. I am 46 and since I have been using this cream I have had alot of compliments on my skin. It is nice actually.

Carrie: I ordered Meaningful Beauty and then started reading all of the NEGATIVE comments and then I became worried. The week before Christmas I received my Meaningful Beauty kit and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. I have been using it for three weeks now and I am already noticing the lines fading. The cleanser is different in the sense that you put it on your dry skin, but it removes the makeup perfectly. I am very happy with the product.

Gabby: THe meaningful Beauty skin care Products are not worth the price. i also like the cleanser as a makeup remover, however, the cream caused small zits to appear on my face. It is not severe but I know it is from something in the product. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Tanya: I am extremely disappointed with the customer service with this product and I have not tried the product yet. Over the Holidays I got a Visa gift card from my family ( $120.00 ). I have always wanted to try this product and I seen the discount price of $30 plus shipping and handling. I thought great! I can get skin care products and gas. When I ordered, the fast talking rep kept trying to offer me things that I knew that I couldn't get ( $120.00 balance-right).Then I made it very clear that all I want was the 30 day trial. How coincidently, I was told that my card was declined . So we hung up and I assumed the order was canceled.I tried to get gas and the gift card was declined. So I contacted the giftcard center that told me that there was a pending balance from Meaningful Beauty of over $100.When I contacted MB they stated that they could not pull up the order for a couple of days but once the order showed up at my door I could always send it back and get my money back. Hmm let's see an order that I was told was declined by my credit gift card for an amount that I did not approve.

Pam: Each is unique...Obviously some skins will not respond to Meaningful Beauty any more than they will respond to other products...You just have find what is right for you and go with it..There are plenty to choose from....That said, I ordered my intro kit and received it three days later, fully equipped..My skin responded positively and I am quite satisfied..I am 57 years young and care for myself on the inside too..Drinking water, exercising and watching my nutrition...I will continue to use this line...

Cynthia: At first I found MB to be too drying. A reviewer suggested trying some days off some days on until I got used to it. I alternated with Oil of Olay 7 signs (which I also like and do use occasionally. the Niacinamide in it is great for preventing acne) and it seemed to make things easier. I've been using MB now for about a year. I think the masque has almost instant effects. The cleanser is not irritating. And yes, at first the day moisturizer may not seem enough esp in the winter for those whose skin is prone to be dry. My skin suffers from both dryness and oiliness--if that makes any sense. But after a year of almost regular use of MB, my skin does have a more smoother, even toned, polished appearance and I have received compliments on my complexion. Still, what I saw was a noticeable improvement in my skin, not a miracle which I didn't expect from a mail order product. Since it is mail order I figured it would take a lot of time. I am middle aged and will continue using these products unless something else happens along that can convince me to try a change. I think makeup products can also affect the condition of your skin so to be fair, that could also have a negative effect on the success or failure of your skincare products.

Devona: I was rather disappointed with Meaningful Beauty. I was expecting the product to be a little more luxurious in comparison to the Oil of Olay products I was using but this product fell short. I though the cleanser was weak and the glowing serum fell short of giving me a glowing look. I had great looking skin prior to using the product. I just wanted to make sure it kept looking great. My skin looked the same, no change since using the product for the last 3 months. I'll be going back to Oil of Olay products. It's considerably cheaper for a great product.

Kayla: I actually liked this. I'm only 18 so I wasn't really looking for any kind of results, just bought it because it seemed very "French" and things. I love the night fluide and serum. I use both of them back and forth as primer for my foundation. So, I would definately get this again. I love it.

Ann K.: That must be it, Meaningful Beauty is meant to appeal to aging skin but only seems to work well on younger skin, I guess. I bought the cleanser, day moisturizer and serum and really, after several months of using these products, I think my skin was left looking quite dull. I had no breakouts, thank goodness, but it most definitely looked older. I have to say that I've seen much faster results from Bellaplex...just completed one month of this product and am impressed that my skin has improved...in fact, is has a nice glow to it, that is especialy obvious to me after the dulling effects of Meaningful Beauty. I have to agree that Olay products are better than this too, and affordable, but for healthy (& younger looking) skin, I'm very happy with bellaplex.

ginger: Since I have been using meaningfulbeauty my skin is red, dry, burning and brokenout.it has been a month of using it and my skin has never looked worse.

Lisa: I too was suckered in. I have always loved Cindy and felt that if she put her name behind it what the heck right? First the customer service is horendous. I was charged weeks before receiving the product then it lacked the serum. I waited months for that then I was charged again when I didn't agree to the automatic shipment to only wait again several weeks later to only to receive the bottles cracked and empty, so I received nothing. The product is OKAY at best, Oil of Olay is much better and much cheaper. Let the Buyer Beware!!!!!

Dana: MeaningfulBeauty - Order was shipped quickly from the website. However, so far I'm not impressed. First of all, i HATE the smell. Maybe it's something in the infamous melon but it stinks and my four year old told me I smelled "Wierd"!! MayKay's Timewise Line is MUCH better and has less steps and NO odor and NO, I don't work for them! Good luck. I will be returning mine. :(

diane: Horrible customer service. The sell is deceiving. Somehow I was paying 34.00 a month and then I was charged $97 in a month. It took weeks to get the product. I ended up with red, dry, crusty eyes from the eye cream. I don't have sensitive skin and have never had an issue with any other eye product. I will be even more livid if the $97 isn't credited to my account within 5-7 business days as she said it would. After reading other comments I don't hold much hope.

Joanna T.: ITs really not okay, the way this company charges for the products. You really have to monitor your credit cards, if you give them your number. I was not impressed with Meaningful Beauty products either, but Diane, I've really just fallen in love with Hydroleyes. Its a very nice texture and its making my eyes look years younger.

Renee: i was considering ordering for meaninful product but after reading the comments by others i think i will not order again becos i think the olay product i'm using is very good on me and i won't like to have a red face or dry face, i'm ashamed od cindy crawford for advertising for them. i think she is being paid for to do it that is not what she is using, up up olay

tena: I have been useing meaningful beauty for over 6months now and there is no difference in my skin. The same fine lines are still there that were there 6mos ago.has done nothing for me at all.and on top of that,gunthy-renker was suposed to cancell my order and they keep takeing money out of my account and sending me product.it has caused me to overdraft at the bank because they have an old acct that is being closed out.so BEWARE everyone.make sure if you cancell that you keep a close eye on your acct.their sneaky.

SueTinley: I've tried a lot of products. this is fabulous. if I could I would buy 2 tub es of the eye cream at a time. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. This works for me. the wrinkles around my eyes have gone, my skin has a more even tone & is softer & more hydrated. It took a couple os months for me to see the results but it was obviously working hard to correct the damage. I wish I could get sinle products now because money being a bit tight these days, I'd like to get what I need when I need it.

jean: Received Meaningful Beauty product back in Novemver 2008. It was nothing like it claimed and even made my skin feel drier. I sent the product back around Dec 4 2008 well within the time frame. Have been e mailing back and forth ever since. Now today Feb 3, 2009 they tell me they have not yet received my package. I sent it registered mail. But now they say they may not be able to refund my money because it is after the 60 days. Please read this before you by. I respected Cindy Crawford. Thought she was a class act. How can she possibly put her name to this I will never deal with Kathy Renker again. Customer Service. MY FOOT !!!

nadine: i think c. crawford is a beautiful class act, inside and out - but she seems to have gotten herself involved in a real shady operation here. Some one should tell her. This company kept charging me repeatedly for items i *NEVER* requested or authorized. not to mention, these products are not even very scientifically advanced, the Meaningful Beauty serums are runny and seem to do nothing what soever. Ugh. Find yourself a better company to do business with Cindy! THis is horrible!

Michele: I agree with some of your comments that it kind of keeps your skin dry and I have part oily skin!! I do really like the eye cream and the cleanser. Have not tried the toner. Has anyone else?

Amelia: I have been using the eye cream from Meaningful Beauty for over 3 weeks now and my dark circles are still very much present, it does not help at all and as far as lines same, no change. I kind of had a feeling after the first use that the results were not gonna be amazing. it's a very light cream barely moisturize under my eyes.

Liana: I started using meaningful beauty about 1 1/2 months ago. I have oily skin except for my cheeks and this stuff still stings like mad. My skin has become very dry, as I have read in comments below. I dont ever have that problem, and now I do. I have even resorted to putting on oil of olay CREAM for sensitive skin on TOP of this moisturizer. I do like the glowing serum, it makes my makeup go on very smoothly. The eye cream makes my eyes red and it stings too- beware. I think anything that claims to be this great probably isnt. Read the comments before you buy this!

Shelley R: LADIES- LADIES- LADIES ! Thank you all so very much for helping me -'make up' my mind, NOT to waste my hard earned DOSH on another crappy Meaningful Beauty infomercial product! I'll stick to soap & water & plenty of sleep!!! Hope you gals find a resolution to your skin problems truly. These Blog things are great are'nt they???

Girl From Baltimore: I'm Fed up with Meaningful Beauty phony skin care: I bet Cindy Crawford has had many face lifts. They need to put these people in jail. Plus when they come up with new skin care lines they never have anything for people that have acne and agining skin!

nancy: Hi ladies, I'm not coming to Cindy's rescue on this but, the system works for me. I was a Noxema and cocoa butter person for at least 42 0f my 46yrs. I can say that I no longer have crows feet, my laugh lines are gone and so are my acne scars. This is all in 2 weeks. I am not affiliated with the Meaningful Beauty team and they have not paid me to say any of this. I do however, have sensitive skin and am a woman of color with a medium tan complexion. I just need the dark circles to go away, the puffiness has. I noticed the beginning of that darned turkey neck and that has been minimized as well. I love what this product has done and the way my skin looks and feels but,I had to pair up with Avon for lifting up "the girls" with their breast enhancer cream...it works immediately. So far, my sons aged 29,25 and 21 look like my brothers. Not a fabrication I have pics, without celebrity airbrushing done. Maybe this product is not for anyone with very sensitive, dry or severely sun damaged skin. The infomercial says that Cindy began seeing this dr in her early 20's, I guess it was added to all of her other treatments to maintain the look.

Beverly Jane: Oh where oh where do I begin..I had very high hopes for the Meaningful products to improve my skin, maybe not dramatically but even taking 5 yrs off would be great. Ihave not been impressed with any of them - least of all the eye cream. I woldn't say its damaging, not at all but I don't find it to be better than Olay, to be frank. I do have a hard time believing some of these comments here, maybe just bc I am so disappointed to still have puffy eyes and deep lines on my forehead and crows feet. And I dont know what mother puts noxema on her 4 yr old Nancy but, that just seems odd to me. I happen to think hteres a lot of hype surrounding this , and not much substance.

jerilyn: I have been using meaningful beauty for almost three months. My lines and wrinkles are 90% reduced and my skin feels so soft. I went to a skin professional for a consult and she said my skin looks great. I love it and it is a great price for a skin care line. The eye cream is amazing as is the night moisturizer.

LORI: i liked the feel and the smell of the Night Fluide by Meaningful Beauty, it was a pleasant product to apply, which is nice. But as far as correcting the stubbron wrinkles and lines in my face or improveing my skin elasticity, i didn't see anything. now that i'm reading that Cindy Crawford has been getting botox injections for the last decade, I'm not surprised that this isn't making me look young like she does.

nancy: Yes pat,we may not be in the commercial but,it works for this woman of color.I live in the South but, I am originally from the North. My point is with the type of humidity where I am now is different and gives me oily skin in the warmer months. This is a perfect skin care line for me,coupled with a few of Avon's Anew products. Wanna laugh? CVS's Dermafreeze 365 with GABA-Biox works great on wrinkles "freezes 'em", Vitamin Shoppe's Strixaderm-MD is for stretch marks fades scars and honestly reduces wrinkles and yes Preparation-H works on dark circles! Use it at night.Noxema in the winter, doesn't dry but, cleans very well and cocoa/shea butter as a night cream/softener. My toner is witchhazel. Sunscreen spf 45+ and drinking lots of water stops a lot of damage. 28 year old skin on a 45 yr old woman. For now, I will stick with Meaningful Beauty and Avon.

Suzi: THe Meaningful Beauty Age Maintenance system did not work for me, unfortunately..i was psyched to find the kit for only thirty bucks but within two weeks my skin acutally looked worse for wear..seemed drier and I was getting sunburned more easily. I finished the mont but, did not order more. I've had MUCH better luck with Bellaplex, however..saw the high ratings and gave it a try. Its been just a month with that and my skin is softer and the lines are going bye-bye, FINALLY!

Lisa: I used the Meaningful Beauty cleanser, moisturizers and eye cream for 2 days and broke out in a burning, red, scaly rash all over my face. I stopped using the stuff right away and my face has not improved whatsoever. It feels like I've had a chemical peel!!! I would never recommend this product to anybody and I completely regret using it on my own skin.

Kathy: I have been using the Meaningful Beauty Kit for 4 weeks. At first it seemed to dry my skin and make it alittle red. I kept using it and am I glad. It has made my skin more even and smooth, but the biggest improvement was around my eyes. I really see a big improvement in the lines. I am 55 and have been using a different line for 3 years that I liked but I wanted to see if I could do better. I love it. I will continue to use it as I already see great results. I took the 3 months kit and it is cheaper than what I was using. It might not be for everyone but I'm glad I gave it a try.

Sue (age 39): I started using Meaningful Beauty around August of last year. My fine lines are virtually gone and my complexion has improved dramatically. Firmer skin & no more blotches when I get out of the shower! Before, I wouldn't go out without makeup - now you can hardly tell when I am wearing makeup and when I'm not. I did feel light burning from the eye cream but no rash at all. With a F/T job and 2 children I now only use the cleanser, toner & mntc 1 although I really like mntc 2 to firm & tighten my skin even more. This is the first winter my skin did not peal from dry skin. I also like the idea of rotating products - I'm trying to switch between Carocol Cream & this. Carocol is better for wrinkles but does not firm skin. Seems to be a good combination so far. If you don't have a skin reaction (I guess I'm one of the lucky ones), this is great to shrink pores, firm skin, add moisture & improve overall complexion.

kim: Although I found my face feeling smoother after using Meaningful Beauty, the product was too strong for my face. It left a burning sensation after use of ALL PRODUCTS. Leaving a few dry patches on my chin & brow line including red bumps. It would take a few minutes to subside. This was only after 3days. I stopped using immediately. Customer Service though was WONDERFUL with full refund.

deborah: people just can not trust, people with flawless skin they have more than there, skin products to keeping them looking yhat way,but yet we think people like cndy crawford, she has enough money so you would think she was out of the kindness of her heart, not so we all deserve are money returned. would you call this justifed stealing i did'nt think there is such a thing in US.I'm a american we derserve my money back Meaningful Beauty.

Christa: Meaningful beauty products made my skin look worse after 3 months of use, not better. I really think my wrinkles are DEEPer, whichis a huge huge disappointment. I expected more from this line..gues I should've read the reviews.

BlaNcita: u guyZ r TriPeN....u musT reaLy haVe s0me meSSed uP faCes.... i uzed iT aNd iT w0rKed 4 me!! i gueSS iT wiLL taKe a MiraCle 4 U....l0l

Cookie: I purchased the intro kit. I was not impressed with the moisturizers. Too thick and didn't really get absorbed into the skin. Then got the 90 day supply which I didn't want and am now stuck with it. I did like the neck cream. It did moisturize well but don't expect it to do any tighening of the skin. Your money is better spent on Olay's Definity line. Now I know why Olay is winning all the product tests beating out all the expensive and ultra expensive products. The Definity foam mosturizer is amazing. A BIG THUMBS DOWN for Meaningful Beauty

melissa: Got the Meaningful Beauty kit for my 35th birthday and it did not agree with my skin at all. All of the products irritated my skin and caused it to dry out a lot! Had lots of patchy red dots on my face every morning after using the night moisturizer. Only used the products for one week and I am going to try and get my money back.

Marie: My 56 year old sister gave me a 30 day supply for my 43rd birthday after 3 days of using it now i know why she gave it to me. She wants my skin to look older than hers. After using aveeno and olay products for years in three days time my skin is dry , patchy and irritated. I only used cleanser and the maintenance and my skin is horrible. If you have healthy skin keep up what your doing and dont risk the days of misery this will cause. Back to OLay for me - Meaningful Beauty

sandra: I do think they should tell you that if you have sensitive skin or are over 60 that you should not use their products. I got the starter kit and used it for 1 week. It peeled all the skin off my cheeks and eyelids. It even made big scabs. I's been 3 weeks now and I'm still healing. Plus I haven't gotten my credit back. - Meaningful Beauty

Donna from Dallas: Oh no, this NO GOOD for sensitive skin and I agree with you Sandra, they really should let you know, that the Meaningful Beauty products are no good for certain folks! I also learned the hard way, took a tleast a month to heal my skin. I did some more research next to make sure that whatever I bought, would be quality. I have to say that, I am relly loving Bellaplex , I saw someone mention it and thought I should take a look. I've had it for about 3 weeks and can already see how my fine lines are fading...and no neg reactions either!

sharon from Forked River: Good basic skin care cleanser toner and moisturizers, without any of the fabulous youthful results they market. I won't reorder. - MeaningfulBeauty

laura: i ordered meaningful beauty half an hour ago, wish i would have found this website first,as i have very dry skin. I called back to cancel my order apparently you have to wait 48 hours before you can cancel....

Anonymous: I purchase Meaningful Beauty months ago and decided I had better try it. I had accumulateded 9 months of the product. Within the first week my face was so burnt, red, painful. I kept using it in hopes to 'get over it' I did not. It burnt my eyelids, made HUGE botches on my neck. I am a mess. Buyer beware. FYI I do not have sensitive skin so that wasnt the case. Hope you fair better than me

Joan: I am 45 years old, I have been using meaningful Beauty for two months now. I was hoping for some drastic changes. I didn't get the results they advertise. I'm quite convinced that Cindy Crawford has had face lifts.I'm sure Meaningful Beauty pays her very well to say she uses their products. There is no way these products have made her look as young as she does. I have not had any reduction in wrinkles. However, I have to admit it has given me softer skin, and has reduced the amount of acne I usually get. As for the wrinkles, still there. I hope to find a product that actually works one of these days, and not something that costs an arm and a leg. I will be cancelling my next order of products. I think I now know why most of these company's suck you in with a low introductory price, then they have automatic shipments for every month after that. Why can't they just allow you to order your product and that's it, instead of shipping you a new order each month, if we're happy with it we'll be repeat customers. I think we should be on our guard with these type of Company's. Red Flags should go up....

DEDE: I'm IN the Beauty Business, and I LOVE her line. I use it exactly as it says, and it HAS made a marked change in the fine lines and suppleness of my skin. I'm 60 yr. old and have tried lots of high end brands. I have friends on this now too. I don't mix and match. I threw the other brands OUT !!

Jackie: I have been using Meaninful Beauty for 2 weeks and am amazed at the change in my skin. My skin has not been this soft and radiant since I was a teenager. I am now in my mid 40's. I have tried many products but nothing has held a candle to Meaningful Beauty. I even tried the Galvanic Spa (Junk).

Lynn: The first time I used the meaningful beauty neck cream, I itched all night long and the night cream caused a horrible rash, I canceled the re-orders and will throw away the other products in the starter kit, good customer service though.

Florence: I have been using MB for 3months and love it, I am a beach person and 37 years old....I face has had major sun damange and I have to say that this products has made me look more even and my lines much smaller. I got excatly what I wanted out of this product and will continue using it.

amy: i like the day fluid and the eye cream-though the eye cream burned the first few days i used it??? the night fluid drys out my skin bad or seems to and the cleanser seems to dry it out as well. the toner no way i can use-very drying on me. - Meaningful Beauty

sdeep: I am 37 and have been using this since I was 34. For my very oily acne prone skin it does wonders. It is the only skin care product I have been able to use regularly without breaking out. About reducing wrinkles -well it might slow down the aging process or generally keep skin healthy as can be in the most natural way, it is not one of those age reversing apply today have lines go tomorrow type of product. It might slow down the appearance of lines naturally.

Rebecca: I was tempted to buy Meaningful Beauty, but after reading your comments have decided against. I was also uncertain as to the ingredients they use, if anyone can post a list I would be very interested. I have always had probplem skin and am now leaning more and more positively to natural oils. I have been using plain old OLIVE OIL on my skin for the past month and seen an improvement. You only need a little and it doesn't make it look oily. I try very hard to avoid all those synthetic plastic chemicals. Remember this: A WOMEN CAN ABSORB 2KGS OF CHEMICALS EACH YEAR JUST FROM THE COSMETICS AND SKIN CARE SHE USES. If its not good enough to eat...don't use it

Aurora: Ordered the meaningful beauty decollete' and neck creme. I am 55 years old and have had several severe sunburns since I am so fair skinned leaving my decollete' area with lines and rough feeling. I had hoped this product would work to dimish these lines as the commercial representation stated. I have used the product for 4 weeks now which I think is long enough to get some true results.... I got results alright... 4 days ago my decollete' area started itching and burning something awful and the next days welps came up in this area. I still have the welps today. I got on the web and it appears it has affected numerous other people the same way. I researched Low blood pressure (my blood pressure has always been good--- Normal 120/80,119/79 range... but checking it today several times it was low and I had gotten up very dizzy... According to another website on low blood pressure this can be caused if the body has an allergic reaction. Welps for 3 days---- This product is going to be returned and I am informing the Better Business Bureau... I will probably go to the doctor as stated by other comments having the same results. Please BE WARNED--- Do not buy this product. - Meaningful Beauty

Brandy: I think some of you ladies have years of damaged and neglected skin and expect a product to undo all the damage in 30 days! I think the products great, no complaints yet!

Ila Storie: I am 27 years old and bought this product(starter kit) to maybe lessen some of the wrinkles around my eyes and to prevent or lessen future wrinkles. Well... I stopped using the eye cream 2 weeks ago and the skin around my eyes still stings when I put makeup on or wash makeup off!! 2 weeks later! Is anyone else experiencing this? I am tempted to get a lawyer. Brandy how old are you? 15? I don't think it is fair to assume that some of the women on this site are "old" or "damaged". Maybe this product does not work for all- but it shouldnt be harming people! I am 27-- I am having problems too! I do not have "damaged, old" skin, nor is it sensitive. - MeaningfulBeauty

Beth: I was really excited about this product. The first time I used it I loved the feel of it. But the next day I felt like my face was getting warm. The next morning when I used it my face felt like someone lit it on fire. I ran to the bathroom and washed it off. Even after washing it off my face still felt hot. Inspite of what people think about Mary Kay, I realized that I would continue to use it mainly because it did not hurt when applying it. - Meaningful Beauty

Aurora: i feel like an outsider but to me i luv the meaningful beauty product line it makes my skin so smooth and the serum is wonderful i love the moisterizing masque and i am very happy i tried it and do not regret buying it thanx cindy you made me happy one thing though the eye gel burns about 1 min after i put it on but nothing too uncomfortable i hope i see at least one or two good reviews in the future this negativity brings me down

Vicky from Florida: I have been looking for a complete kit for my daily cleansing... FOUND IT!!! I have used Meaningful Beauty for about 3 weeks now, and do not have any complaints.... LOVE IT... everyones skin type is different, and products in the store that actually work also cost ALOT of money... and my face is worth every penny of it! I recommend it, hopefully I won't have any problems with the billing & shipping, if I do then I'll will find it elsewhere.

Judy from TX: Thank goodness for this site. I have sensitive skin; however, this week (6/24) I purchased the Meaningful Beauty line (entire kit $100) through an Ebay power seller beauty supply. I did this because I didn't want to give my credit card out to another Company, which if I didn't like the product, I'd have a hard time getting a refund or credit from. I'm glad I did. Anyway, I used the products for 2 nights and 2 days and unfortunately I broke out in a very severe, red rash which burns and is a little swollen. It's all over my face - forehead, all over the cheeks, between brows. I look like a freak! I'm embarrased to go out in public. I will go to a Dermatologist on Monday 6/29. It is very painful. My neck is okay, thank goodness. I will never use these products again. This is not caused from a food allergy, medicine, clothes detergent change,or anything of that nature. One comment to Brandy - if the products work for you - then great! However, I think you would change your tune real quick if you were the one in people's shoes with such painful, negative reactions from this product. By the way, my skin was just fine before using this product. I just fell under the "Cindy Crawford" beauty spell like everyone else seems to have done. My bad! I'm going to investigate some of the ingredients and post them for you Rebecca. I'll also report them to BBB, after my visit to the Dermatologist!!!

Dora from NJ: Happy to join the group of women who are enjoying the benefits of Meaningful Beauty Skincare Products. Although my skin isn't perfect, like most women, I'm enjoying the regimen and think the products are reasonably priced. Read a few of the negative posts, and if women were expecting botox or plastic surgery results and to look 10 years younger, I think they were not being realistic. Someone actually said they "fell under the Cindy Crawford beauty spell". I'm still laughing. Cindy Crawford and many other women, whether they're celebrities or not, are beautiful! I think women who post rude, nasty comments haven't yet accepted their own unique beauty and need someone to blame. Cindy never advertised that you would look like her if you used her products....Cindy, don't take the complainers comments to heart. Sounds like they have other issues. Thank you for the dedication and hard work that went into creating excellent skincare products that are afordable for women!! P.S. Judy from TX...I hope the people you live with aren't subjected to your drama, negativity and bad attitude. Sounds like you're looking for money. I would recommend spending your money on a psychologist instead of skincare products and get happy with yourself and your life....

Dora from NJ: Aurora, You comment was intriging to me. What is a welp? It doesn't exist in the dictionary or the English Language. Please enlighten us. I'm curious and not sure if I want a welp or would recognize one.

Shelby: I tried to purchase a month's supply at the introductory price of $29.95 only to find that this price is only availabe with a year subscription and a trial is available at $59.95.......what a misleading commercial! Cindy Crawford should be ashamed to try and force customers to "try" a product only to be misled into a full committment ....especially in this economy!!! A total rip off!!!

Aurora: Well, I'm sorry if i am not as "educated' as some of you seem to be, and I apologize if i caused any cnfusion by using the word "welp," i guess i always thought that was the proper pronunciation and spelling, but i spoke to my son today who is a teacher and he tells me the word i meant to use was "welt." which is a red mark on the skin like from an whip. That is what showed up on my skin from the decollete and neck creme. I would apologize more Dora if i thought you really were confused but I think you knew what i meant and were just mocking my error. In my opinion that is pretty low considering what i have been through with Meaningful Beauty. But just so you do know, it was welts, not welps, that were all over my skin after using this. The Better Business Bureau seemed to understand me just fine,.

cassie: Purchased the product line, didn't really like any of it, so cancelled my auto shipment plan. The next month I received another shipment, funny enough Meaningful Beauty had no record of my cancellation, so I got charged shipping to send it back. Got another shipment the next month! Got charged shipping to send it back again! Finally the shipments stopped. Was going over my credit card statements today and realized that Meaningful Beauty had never stopped charging my credit card for monthly shipments!!! According to the "customer service rep" I spoke with, I had to not only tell them to cancel my shipments but also to stop billing my credit card. Stupid me, you would think that canceling an account means you no longer anticipate being billed for something you no longer receive. The products weren't good and the customer service was even worse. I wonder if Cindy Crawford has any idea how a company that uses her name is really being run.

Pamela: I really loved the way my skin felt after using these products! Soooo soft and bright. However, all of these products are packed with parabens which are known to be soo bad for you! I wish these products were paraben free.

jane: Someone should make the company aware of the bad costumer service from the post order company and Cindy Crawford aware of this blog... maybe then improvements will be made.

Pat: I have used this for 2 mos with no good results. Now today I got another shipment from Meaningful Beauty with the cost of $104. when I called to cancel they told me the bslance of my account was still $45.00 What a rip off this company is. It certainly isnt worth $200.

Rose: Product does do what it claims, and furthermore, they keep sending you the product even after you cancelled. I have returned their product to them and they keep sending me bills. What a rip-off.

Anonymous: I tryed out meaningfull beauty and was disappointed. I looked at the ingredients and there are a lot of cheap, artificial fillers in it. I put it on my face and it actually burned my skin. I had to return it.

KAY: I HAVE TO GO WITH LAURA. THE ONLY REASON THEY SAY IT WORKS IS BECAUSE THEY HAVE BOTOX AND ANYTHING ELSE THEY CAN DO TO STAY YOUNG LOOKING. IT'S NOT THE PRODUCT. OVER THE COUNTER PRODUCTS WORK AS WELL. HOW ABOUT ALL AMERICAN AVON,GREAT PRODUCTS. ALL THOSE STARS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. VICTORIA PRINCIPAL MARRIED TO A PLASTIC SURGEON. WHICH WAS NEVER MENTIONED IN HER LINE OF PRODUCTS. COME ON.

Kim: I tried the basic kit and I'm dissatified with the results. No different than any other product. I will not be renewing. Not worth the money.

Karen: I have been using the products for about 3 weeks now. I can honestly say the texture of my skin looks and feels different. The eye cream makes my eyes look flawless. I have never found such a product. My skin is soft and hydrated like it has never been before.

Cindy T: Meaningful Beauty - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! I originally ordered the product with the guarantee that you could return it (all they wanted was the empty bottles). I did not like the products at all my skin felt VERY dry after using them. I returned the product as stated I could and called to cancel ANY future shipments. Needless to say I kept getting the kits, my credit card being charged, I would call AGAIN, go to the post office and return the product (like I had time for this), dispute the charge with my credit card company, etc. This happened at least 3-4 times with me taking the same steps again and again. Now they are telling me they never got my original shipment back (which had been confirmed by the representative I spoke with) so I am being constantly harassed and am now threatened to go to collections. I again took my time to call the "collection dept" and spoke with "Unique" who told me that I either paid them the $70 something $$ (even after I explained the whole situation) or she was sending me to collections, she was EXTREMELY unhelpful. I asked to speak to her boss, after waiting another 5 minutes I spoke with "Paul x-5502" which was the ONLY info he would give me about himself. He basically told me I was an idiot for not getting "PROOF" that I had sent it back, I explained that I thought I was dealing with a reputable company and didn't feel the need to stand in line for 30 minutes to get "PROOF" of my mailing. He berated me so badly and told me I was going to collections so I asked to speak to his boss. HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A NAME, TOLD ME THAT HE WAS NOT GOING TO LET ME TALK TO HIS BOSS WHICH HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE NAME. The Customer service in this company is EXTREMELY HORRIBLE!!!! Now I get to spend MORE of my time trying to get to someone higher up in this company to even get them to review their records which would back up all my calls, etc. He would not be bothered. God help anyone who ever has a problem with this company! Cindy Crawford runs or promotes this stuff and boy is she giving her name a REALLY BAD NAME!!!

Kathy: I saw the infocommercial and decided to try the product. However, when I phoned the order it, I was shocked at the tone of the customer service associate. He spoke like a used car salesman, so fast you could not understand him. He was rude, pushy and was unclear about the payment method, month or quarterly. I tried to tell him that I only wanted 1 month for testing, he insisted I could call back to cancel if I did not want the remaining months...I have been down this path before, its a scam sales technique, they hope you will forget to call so they keep getting $. I cancelled the order with him immediately. I am concerned I will still get the product and have to go down that path... I am disappointed that Brooke shields would be associated with this type program. - Meaningful Beauty

Nancy: I have been using Meaningful Beauty for a few months and I noticed an improvment in my skin within the first week. My husband even told me my skin looked more dewy and supple. I love this product. The toner is very soothing it is must after using the cleansing face wash. I love the mask too, my skin just looks so healthy. Would not use anything else

Beth: This product did not work for me. The customer service is HORRIBLE. Good luck trying to get a refund. These "customer service" individuals are reading from cards and claim to be helpless to help you. "My hands are tied," was the latest excuse for why my money has not been refunded. It is sad that businesses like this exist. This company has not done anything to prove that it is an "A+" rating as it says in BBB. I would beg all of you to go to the BBB and complain or write a negative review if you had a poor experience. I am currently writing to the Attorney General demanding that something be done about companies like these. From one consumer to another, stick with what you are using now. THE STRESS OF DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY HAS INCREASED THE AGING PROCESS FOR ME, NOT REDUCED IT. - Meaningful Beauty

Samantha: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! These products are not worth the shady practices of this company. Over charge you, losing records, cannot commit to resolutions, false promises are just a few of the things to look forward to when dealing with this company. Switching credit card info with other customers and switching phone numbers with other customers are also a fraudulent practice with this company. Their customer service should be renamed to CRIMINAL SERVICE. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!! - Meaningful Beauty

Joan - Santa Rosa, CA: I've been using MB for several months now and I don't really see a decrease in lines or wrinkles. I do like the smell and the texture.I'm thinking about stopping my shipments. But, I don't know another product that I would want to try

Jane: I used MB for 3 months waiting for a positive change in my skin. I ended up with acne, redness, itching, flaking and general iritation so I sent the supplies back some opened, some not. I waited 2 months for a refund, just called them this morning and they're not going to give me a refund! Its been more than 75 days was the reason. My skin had a reaction to the products in MB and they refuse to stand behind it. I am outraged!! Do not buy this product! - Meaningful Beauty

Erica: So far, in the two months I've been using Meaningful BEauty products, I've not bee so impressed with how my skin looks. I'm thinking o f going for Hydroxatone products next, I've read better reviews. Good luck all.

Jane: Wish I had read all the negative comments about unhappy people and the practices this company partakes in. They do not stand behind their products even when customers have adverse reactions to them. (Will not refund cust money). Apparantly they are in this for the bottom dollar and not the consumer. I am suprised Cindy stands behind this company. Really concerns me!

wealthy: Meaningful beauty. my goodness. has anyone noticed so many dang*rous ingredients in this product? i wont be buying it.thats for sure

M. Ambrose: The customer service is horrible! I called several times to send me a bill so I could have a record of payment. They would say no problem and it never happened. I even spoke to a supervisor who promised a bill would be sent. I kept calling and now I am receiving letters saying my account is DELINQUENT. I have excellant credit and I refuse to have this company ruin my credit even though I have paid for my products. The skin care is just okay! I do not need the aggrevation and I will never order from them again!

yibby: althoug i dont feel i look any younger but after a month of use my pores are smaller, the new scrub has helped alot in those sun spots that were my biggest concer and my forehead wrinkle doesnt fade comepletly but helps.plus the biggest thing i love is that my husband constatnly compliments how nice my face looks

maria: my whole face turned dry,red and scaley. It looked terrible. I will not buy the product again. The worst skin i have ever had.

Ana: I ordered Meaningful Beauty along with 5 of my frinds. We decided to try it all together since we had heard so many good things about it. We range in age from 25 to 35 and have ak types of skin. After 1 week of using it we all got together and had worse skin than ever. It B*RNS and IRRIT*TES skin like crazy. The fact that we ALL had the same reaction just convinced me that this product is NOT for everyone.

Tracey: I really would like to try this meaningful beauty to see if it would tone my face and make it look more healthier since it is made of natural extracts. But from what i see in all these comments is that the product does not work. Does it atleast work to tone out your face and make the color of your skin more brighter, healthier and even out the color?

Susan: Ouch!!! Meaningful beauty b*rned my skin. My eyes are red and dry and very irritated. Be careful!

Jennifer: I am actually watching the info commerical on tv and i decided to do a review search of meaningful beauty and came across this blog. Thank god i did. I know now not to buy this. Always looking for a better product if its out there. For now i am going to stick to what i am happy with; Murad

MOLLY: DON'T BUT THE HYPE.THHS STUDFF IS AWFUL . I HAD GREAT SKIN THAT WENT TO CYSTS AND BREAKOUTS WITHIN A WEEK. DID NOTHING GOOD FOR MY SKIN. NO ANTIAGING JUST A LOT OF GUMP. lEAVES A GREASY COAT THAT IS ABOUT IT. DO LIKE CINDY AND GET BOTOX IF YOU WANT HER RESULTS.

Carolyn: I have been an avid Oil of Olay Reginerist user for quite some time and never fail to get compliments regarding my skin. I decided to give Meaningful Beauty a try and am returning the products after 2 months of use. The cleanser is name inappropriately, since it does not cleanse well. 3 - 4 cotton balls later of applying the toner and I was still able to see dirt. Funny that doesn't happen with the Oil of Olay. The one item that I liked was the capsules. Other than that - I felt the overall rating for me would have to be on the less than side.

Christine: I started to use this product and after 2 days of use, I noticed a burning sens*tion and then a redness and r*shes around my mouth area. The toner dries out my skin intensely and the moistuizers are like water and absorbed immediately. I don't know whether to continue use of this product or just discontinue altogether. Some people tell me that the skin is going through the cleansing process therefore you break out into rashes but is it possible that burning and red rashes are signs of good things happening? I've got very dry skin and never broke out before in my life. Now my skin is fl*king, burning and have red r*shes!

Elisha: Never even received my product due to back order-TWICE. Finally cancelled after reading ALOT of negative comments.

Jen: I loved the products! It has helped even my skin tone and reduce pore size. The eye cream is the best I've ever tried---and I have tried them all. I have seen great results and will keep using her products.

t: good luck...try reaching cust service or getting your order/they billed m..then told me they changed kit format so they didnt send it and they DID NOT REFUND MY CHARGE it took me since aug 09 until apr 10 to even reach a person in cust service.still NOTHING ACOMPLISHED.

Anonymous: I have used meaningful beauty for over a week now, and my skin has reacted. I have dry skin on my cheek, nose, forehead. i have r*d spots on my face too. its itc*y. i refuse to continue using this product.

Laura: My sister-in-law gave me her Meaningful Beauty kit after it broke out her skin horribly. But she has very sensitive skin, so I was still looking forward to trying it. The first few days were great, skin felt softer. But within the first week, I had issues - the neck and chest cream made me extremely itchy (no rash, but big scratch marks on your neck aren't attractive)and my face started bur*ing uncomfortably. I will not be using the products anymore. Think I'll try Mary Kay.

cam: I have used this product a short time & am completely amazed at the improvement. I understand some people complain about an irritation. I never had this problem and cannot rave enough about this product. Thumbs Up!!

Frustated: Do not order these products unless you are absolutely sure you want them. I ordered them this morning after watching the infomercial & was excited to try the products. I should have looked into the reviews first but did that after I placed my order. I then called Cust svc 1 hour after placing my order 2 cancel & they said that they can't stop the first order. I then called my MC & told them I do not authorize this order and I will write on the package return to shipper REFUSED!!! This is more hassel than it's worth but I'm glad I found out now b4 they were able to charge my MC. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! I'm surprised the Valerie Bertanelli & Cindy Crawford put their names out there for a company like this!!!!!

Anonymous: I have extremely sensitive skin and this is the only product that I am able to use without breakouts or allergic reaction. It's also made my skin allot softer and smoother.

Meaningful Beauty®

Skincare has become big business, and in this rather competitive market has emerged a plethora of products created or marketed by models, actresses and sports stars. We bring this up as Meaningful Beauty® is marketed by Cindy Crawford, an American super model. This product mythology revolves around the relationship between Crawford and Dr. Jean-Louis Sebagh, a partisan dermatologist.

Crawford became his patient, and she credits him with rejuvenating her skin and keeping her looking youthful. He desired to keep her skincare regime going, so she asked him to ship her some of his skincare products—and the Meaningful Beauty® skincare line was born. Crawford was interested in making this line available to all women, so she and Guthy-Renker, a developer of many skincare and nutritional supplements and devices, decided to work together to make Dr. Jean-Louis Sebagh’s products accessible to women world wide.

We love a story like this, but mythology does little to promise a good skincare product or line. We believe that the key is actually in a products formulary, which we intend to take a close look at. We also intend to review some consumer sites that may not be giving these products strong scores on its results, customer care and ease of use.

 Products at a Glance
The Meaningful Beauty® product line consists of products geared toward five distinct categories of skincare—cleansing, protecting, repairing, revitalizing, purifying and conditioning. There appears to be only one product in each of these categories, and it appears they were designed to be used together to create a whole system.

 Product in Focus
When we’re young our skin churns out lots of Collagen, which helps us maintain a glowing fresh-faced look, but over time, biology, sun damage and environmental toxins cause our body produces less and less Collagen. This instigates skin break down, which in turn may cause wrinkles and facial lines to appear. Meaningful Beauty® is a line that is purported to be able to fight free radicals in order to help keep Collagen production up and running at optimal levels.

This developer claims that the lynch pin to their products effectiveness is its use of a “rare” French melon known as “Charentais.” It is known in France for its rich, honey finish. They suggest that Charentais contains potent, free radial fighting anti-oxidants, but they don’t post any research to support its abilities as an antioxidant or skin rejuvenator at the time of this review. The fact that they fail to disclose this information does not speak well for the company or its products. It seem gimmicky, which is an issue that many people have actually brought up on blogs and rating sites.

 Website
After reviewing the Meaningful Beauty® website, all relevant research data, and additional information it was easy for us to see why some consumers were so disappointed in the results they achieved with this formula. It does not appear to contain any known anti-aging elements, and the ones they do use seem to be more of a gimmick than elements that are capable of providing real results. We would have preferred to see this developer post some research to support their claims, but none was forthcoming as of this review. This was very much the case when we tried to contact their customer service department, which seemed no better informed than most consumers—another troubling element.

 Positives
• May help moisturize skin

 Negatives
• May use an unproven melon extract to ease aging
• May not contain Argireline®
• Pedestrian formula

 Final Thoughts
We took a careful look at the Meaningful Beauty® skincare line to see what it had to offer in terms of anti-aging technology. After reviewing it, we could see why consumers may have so poorly received it. It promises a great outcome, but it uses many pedestrian holistic and industrial grade ingredients, which have little ability to actually enhance user’s skin health or ease signs of aging, such as wrinkles or facial lines. For the most part, this product line lacks the focus and effectiveness, of known anti-aging elements, such as Argireline®, which has been used with great results to relax wrinkles and prevent their future development.
